Acceptance of Terms

By using QR Scanner Free, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the application.

Application Use

QR Scanner Free is provided for personal and commercial use for scanning, generating, managing, and synchronizing QR codes and barcodes.

You agree not to misuse the application, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components, or use the service in violation of applicable laws.

User Accounts Android Only

Account and sign-in features are available on the Android version of QR Scanner Free only. The iOS version does not require or support user accounts, and all iOS features are available without signing in.

On Android, certain features may require authentication using Google Sign-In through Google Cloud Authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for activities performed through your authenticated account.

Cloud Synchronization Android Only

Cloud synchronization is available on Android only. The iOS version does not sync data to any server; all data on iOS stays on your device.

On Android, when cloud synchronization is enabled, your supported application data may be stored in Google Cloud.

While we take reasonable measures to protect stored data, you acknowledge that no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Advertising

The application may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob and mediation partners.

Advertisements are subject to the policies and technologies of the respective advertising providers.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, software, content, graphics, logos, and application components are owned by TPSmart or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, sublicense, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Prohibited Activities

• Violating applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Distributing malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Interfering with application functionality or security.
• Using the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

TPSmart makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TPSmart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

Additional Terms for App Store (iOS) Users

This section applies only to users who download QR Scanner Free from the Apple App Store and supplements, but does not replace, the other terms in this document.

This license is granted to you for use only on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the application. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the application; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the application.

TPSmart, not Apple, is solely responsible for the application and its content, and for addressing any claims relating to the application, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, and claims arising under consumer protection law.

Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any claim that the application or your possession and use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.

You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms when using the application, and you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Account Termination

On Android, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the service is detected. On iOS, where no account exists, we reserve the right to restrict or discontinue access to the application itself in cases of detected misuse or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon publication.
